Opera and ACID2 Test

I was looking at the features that Opera provides and the one great highlight is that it passes the ACID2 test.

Now why the hell, would that be a priority because all webmasters design pages in such a way that it is displayed well in most of the browsers. No webmaster is going to design a page that looks well on a ACID2 test passing browser.

This test is just there to symbolise that the makers of the browser are really working towards standards compliance and not like Microsoft developing another IE7 with loads of propreitary bull shit.

Well the main reason why I use Opera also is that It does not consume my system memmory.Opera 9 - Your Web, Your choice

The URL of the ACID2 test is http://webstandards.org/files/acid2/test.html
