The widgets feature in Opera is amazing. In fact if Opera ever becomes famous, widgets would be one major reason for that. But the widgets dont respond as fast as the extensions on Firefox do.
An extension on Firefox will halt your system while it loads while in Opera you will be making empty clicks. I think the response time of the widgets has to be increased desperately.
